MEET OUR OWNER
Janie Gonzales is the owner and operator of GG Loving Care LLC. With more than 35 years of experience supporting children, adults, seniors, and individuals who need assistance with daily living, Janie has built her life’s work around service, compassion, and trust.
Her experience includes companion care, personal assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, and helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Janie completed certified nursing training through Paramount Training Services in West Palm Beach in 2014. She is also fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support families from diverse backgrounds.
A CALLING ROOTED IN COMPASSION
Janie’s inspiration for creating GG Loving Care began while caring for her aging mother. That personal experience gave her a deeper understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face when someone they love needs additional support.
Her commitment to caregiving was further strengthened by two years of volunteer service in hospice care in Palm Beach County. During that time, Janie learned the importance of providing not only dependable assistance, but also patience, comfort, dignity, and a reassuring presence during some of life’s most difficult moments.
A RELATIONSHIP THAT SHAPED HER APPROACH
One of Janie’s earliest clients, Mr. Paul, had a lasting impact on her approach to caregiving. He often told Janie that she was the daughter he never had. Their relationship was built on genuine trust, and he relied on her to assist with errands, household responsibilities, and other important aspects of his daily life.
The trust Mr. Paul placed in Janie became the standard she would carry into every client relationship. She believes that those in her care should be treated with the same love, kindness, empathy, and respect she would want for a member of her own family.
THE MEANING BEHIND GG LOVING CARE
The name GG Loving Care originally honored a member of Janie’s family. For Janie, the initials “GG” also carry the personal meaning “God’s Gift,” reflecting her belief that the ability to care for and serve others is both a blessing and a responsibility.
Every person deserves to feel valued, protected, and respected. This belief is at the heart of GG Loving Care and guides how the company serves every client and family.
DEEPLY ROOTED IN SOUTH FLORIDA
Janie was born in Brownsville, Texas, and moved to South Florida with her family in the late 1960s. She has built strong roots in Palm Beach County and has spent much of her caregiving career serving individuals and families throughout Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Royal Palm Beach, and neighboring communities.
When she is not working, Janie treasures spending time with her family, attending church, and enjoying life with her devoted husband, Richard Gonzales. Their relationship of more than 50 years continues to shape her belief in commitment, faith, patience, and caring for others through every season of life.
